DESCRIPTION

FINOTREAT FeS is a specially designed, novel polymeric based scale inhibitor used in the control of sulfide based mineral scales in the oil field environment.

APPLICATION
FINOTREAT FeS has been specifically developed to deal with severe sulfide scaling problems. It shows high levels of inhibition and has excellent thermal stability, tolerant to waters containing high levels of divalent metal ions.
FINOTREAT FeS should be used on a continual injection basis to control scale in topside facilities and other water systems where scale can cause problems. It should be injected neat into the flowing stream of liquid as far upstream of the problem causing area as possible.

DOSAGE
FINOTREAT FeS will typically be injected at a dose rate of 5 to 200 ppm, dependent on the precipitating ion concentration and system conditions.

FINOTREAT FeS  is an industrial chemical, therefore good working practices should be adhered to at all times when handling this product. Chemical workers coveralls, safety glasses / goggles and chemically resistant gloves should be worn at all times. If skin or eye irritation persists following contact, seek medical attention.
